Another great year goes by and we are grateful to have you as part of our journey. In 2019, we invested a lot of effort in turning Strypes into an even more amazing workplace where talent thrives.
We hired 110 new developers and we are growing fast, but at the same time we recognise the importance of nurturing the relationship with all our current employees.
As a multinational company, we are functioning as part of an ecosystem where we feel responsible to support future developers from as soon as they’re at university, or even at school. The Strypes internship program lets interns work on real projects, learn practical skills, and develop a work ethic. In 2019, we ran 5 academies for new employees. We also welcomed and trained 15 interns.
When we invest in talent and when our team members feel valued, this translates into a better service and more projects. To be precise, 11 new clients and over 20 new projects. All delivered on time.
